I got a call last night from a friend who personally guaranteed me that we are picking up Chris Paul in the free agency. I had a strong feeling that this was just a rumor and can confirm today that it was. The chances of us getting Chris Paul are slim to none, as the owner of the Hornets already said they aren't look to deal Paul. If Otis could pull that off he would not be a human being but instead a God.

        The Magic worked out 6 potential draft prospects last Monday. All of the six players are at least 6 foot 4.

 

 

        With point guards Jason Williams and Anthony Johnson and wings Matt Barnes and J.J. Redick expected to become free agents on July 1, the Magic have some obvious needs.

        I am still hoping we can pick up an added big man for the team. Someone like Bosh or Boozer would give us the size we need to compete for a championship. There is no way in hell we are getting Lebron or Wade so you can mark those two off right now.

        It is hard to predict what is going to happen with our lineup next year because there are so many free agents in the market this year. It’s going to be an interesting summer to say the least.
